--How Soon Can I expect my portrait?
Depending on my current work load, most portraits will be completed within a week (not including shipping time). If I anticipate a longer turn around time I will let you know when you place your order.
--I can't seem to get a good photo of my pet. What should I do?
See "tips for taking photos" and try again on a different day, or later in the day.
--How can I protect my portrait?
As someone who has done years of professional framing, my recommendation is to get it matted (to prevent the glass from lying directly on the portrait) with an acid free mat and then to get it framed and hang out of direct sunlight. This will prevent smudging and fading of your beautiful portrait.
--What if I want my entire pet's body or multiple pets in a portrait?
Please email me for a quote jen@petportraitsbyjen.com . Multi-pet portraits can be done from more than one photo.
--Do you take returns?
Due to the lengthly amount of time involved in portraits, and the custom nature of the business all sales are final.
